Books from the Summer

I am a reader. We don't have cable or direct TV and very seldom rent a video. We read to relax. Well, I read to enjoy, pass the time and I just love it! Some folks don't like to read - it's just not in their genes I guess. Reading a good book is so desirable to me that I usually read  as a reward to myself once I've gotten some necessary things checked off my 'to-do' list. Sometimes I set the timer, like I did today just to not have a guilty feeling about reading. The book I'm into right now is the 3rd one down but each of these held me under their spell. Each of these are 'Christian' fiction so I can read without worrying about getting my senses too upset. Like, I hate profanity in novels; and sensual sex scenes; and blood and guts horror. I love a good romance, a tense mystery who-done-it, or a keep-you-on-the-edge-of-your-seat suspense and you can have all that without compromising your moral code. I don't just read Christian fiction but anyone, anywhere could truly enjoy these three page turners!
